Schedule Details

• Plan to arrive Tuesday, 9/24 - Check-in starts at 4 p.m.
• Hotel room reservation is for the nights of Tuesday, 9/24 – Thursday, 9/26 – checking out Friday, 9/27 by 11 a.m.
• The Intensive will start promptly at 8 a.m. Wednesday, 9/25
• The daily schedule is 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday and 8 a.m. to noon for Friday's half-day session
• Breakfast will be provided all three mornings
• Lunch will be provided Wednesday and Thursday
• A Welcome Reception with Dick Finnegan will follow our training session on Wednesday
• Dinners are on your own

Location

• All training sessions and room accommodations will be on-site at the Omni Orlando ChampionsGate -1500 Masters Blvd, Championsgate, FL 33896
• The nearest airports are Orlando International (26 miles) and Tampa International (66 miles)
• Transportation options to the resort include taxis, ride shares, paid shuttle services, and rental cars (not included in your paid registration)
• There is on-site parking available for an additional fee (not included in your paid registration)
• There is complimentary transportation to the Disney parks (must be scheduled 24-hours in advance)
• There are many options for on-site dining
• Your registration includes a Classic Deluxe Room for three nights (Tuesday –Thursday) - upgrade options available (not included in your paid registration)
• Resort Services included with your room registration: high-speed wireless internet access, transportation to Disney parks (24-hours in advance), and use of health club, pools, lazy river, sports courts, and mini golf course.
• Check out is 11 a.m. on Friday - extended stay at discounted rate available (not included in your paid registration)

Materials

You will be given a USB-C drive pre-loaded with all materials, playbooks, decks and more - everything that will be covered in the scope of the training, as well as a few printed handouts. Also be on the look out for an email with credentials for your one year access to our Finnegan Institute's Stay Interview Expert Certification course, included in your registration. 

The resort and the Orlando-area has so much to offer, and we have event concierge, Bonny Bailey, ready to be your sounding board and personal concierge. She will assist with any inquiries for additional rooms at discounted rates, transportation questions, resort special offers and park transportation bookings, meal or event reservations and tickets (outside of what is provided), and extended stay options.
